Thermo Grandis Wood

Element is built with Thermo Grandis, a premium eco-friendly wood selected for its warm appearance, consistent grain, moisture resistance, and long-term stability.

The thermal modification process improves the wood’s performance, making it exceptionally well suited for the heat and humidity of a sauna environment.

Thermo Processed in Ontario, Canada

The thermo treatment process is completed in Ontario, Canada, transforming the wood into a more stable, durable, and luxury-grade sauna material.

This process helps reduce movement, improves moisture resistance, and gives the wood a refined, consistent appearance.

Extra-Wide Comfort Benches

Element saunas are designed for comfort, not just function. The upper benches are crafted at a generous 20 inches wide, with 15 inch lower benches for added seating flexibility.

Fully Framed Floor System

Each Element sauna includes a complete framed floor built with strong 2x4 wood beams and finished with a Thermo Grandis floor surface.

This provides a solid, stable base for the sauna while adding to the clean, finished look inside the room.

Triple-Layer Wall Construction

The walls are built with a thoughtful triple-layer design for performance, durability, and installation flexibility.

Each wall includes interior wood, a vapour barrier, an air gap ( also for easy wiring), and an exterior wall finish.

This layered construction helps create a more complete indoor sauna structure while allowing space for electrical components to be routed cleanly.

10 mm Glass Door and Window

Element features premium 10 mm glass for the door and front window design. The thick glass adds strength, stability, and a clean modern appearance while helping create the open, spa-inspired look that makes this collection stand out.

Electric Heater Only

The Element Collection is designed for indoor use and is compatible with electric sauna heaters only. This provides a clean, efficient, and practical heating solution for home wellness rooms, gyms, spas, hotels, and other indoor spaces.
