Return & Refund Policy

At Family Saunas, we stand behind the quality of our wellness solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unassembled condition and in the original professional crating/packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email returns@FamilySaunas.com.

  • Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address for our domestic warehouse.
  • Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of mind or "buyer's remorse," the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return freight shipping.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, Family Saunas will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Restocking Fees

  • Standard Returns: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned saunas to cover professional inspection and repackaging.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: No refund will be given for items that arrive damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice visible damage, please note it on the carrier’s Delivery Receipt. Report any issues to us preferably within 24 hours at returns@FamilySaunas.com so we can expedite a replacement at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement (and before shipping) receive a 100% refund.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already left the warehouse, it will be treated as a standard return, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping and the restocking fee.
